Abstract
A welfare measures for 15 years and above women acquiring right of humanity and gender equality and enabling girls acquire long time taking professional educations.
With time girls and women come out for schooling and working. Toilet facilities are developed as integral part, in urban agglomerations and cities. In highly crowded habitations separate toilet facilities are developed for males and females in crowded localities and mega cities. Some films were made on building such toilet facilities that might have served its purpose of popularization. Likewise, campaigns were popularized on making sanitary pads for women. Maternity leaves of varying durations are granted in almost all countries. Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India recently made a favorable direction to institutions to grant leave for women for their menstruation cycle periods. The bleeding problems are unexpected and cause lot of embracement when and if starts for the girls and women. This natural phenomenon is very probabilistic, but certain to occur, could not come to attention of the wisdom to think about it.
Recently, a case appeared in media that on the Indigo Flights in Delhi cancelled en mass, father of a girl was seen crying for providing a sanitary pad, which could not be obtained. This became a highly embracing and sad situation for almost half of the gentry, in general. Such availability of sanitary pads are not readily available in practice, meaning there is no any safety measure for such natural things to happen, especially during time of stressful situations, which might occur because of unforeseen external factors. This natural and highly probabilistic, certain to occur the problem certainly needed feasible solution for sudden bleeding. For combating the unpleasant situation, an innovative solution brought was to prepare a kit consisting of a sanitary pad and a black gown like garment, which can be worn by the females as it appears to any one, immediately. The sanitary pad can be tied in nearest toilet facility available for women.
Such kits should be carried by all females in their hand bag and also made available for sale in stalls for public utilities such as at bus stands, railway stations and air ports etc. This small, but compulsory kit will overcome the hardships faced by women, which will be always ready to save from embarrassing situations. Even school and college going girls carrying such kits get relieved from this ember racing situations. This innovative measure supports the UN SDG No 5 Gender Equality facilitations. The kits should be made available at shops in public utility stores. Thus, it is highly important for popularization on days to come acquiring right of humanity to come to attention of public en masse. Such welfare measures will foster long time taking professional educations that will be fostering gender equality.
